TTBN stands for Temitope Bandele Network. It's a vision birthed during the lockdown first wave under the name MCTB (Masterclass with Temitope Bandele) and our mission is hinged to the scripture in 3 John 1:2 - “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”
Temitope Bandele Network (TTBN) is a vibrant, heart-driven community dedicated to touching lives, inspiring growth, and bringing people together. Born from a simple act of kindness, passion for continues learning, TTBN now reaches across many platforms, from caring for less privileged and disabled children, to empowering individuals through personal growth, wellness, and shared learning. TTBN is more than an organization, it’s a family of dreamers, doers, and change-makers. We connect people with mutual interests from all works of life and across the globe, we create safe environment for professionals and like minds to discover and thrive, and build networks that celebrate life, culture, and togetherness. Temitope Bandele is a passionate visionary, mentor, and community-builder committed to enriching lives and fostering positive change. Guided by compassion and a deep sense of purpose, he founded Temitope Bandele Network as a platform to inspire personal growth, connect communities, and create opportunities for people to discover their purpose and to live a life of clarity in direction and thrive in fulfilment.
‎‎Through TTBN, Temitope continues to touch countless lives, driven by the belief that when people come together with purpose and love, they can build a better future for all.

Professionally, he is a highly experienced End-to-End Supply Chain senior professional with over 18 years of leadership experience across Africa and Europe, specializing in operational management and business development. He has helped several organizations achieve integrated business objectives by fostering a purpose-driven environment that enables teams to deliver productive and sustainable business operations.
He has a proven track record of strategic capabilities within major FMCGs in Africa and Europe, creating value through various strategic Supply Chain and Product portfolio initiatives.
Currently, he is a Senior Supply Chain Director in a global capacity with Versuni, a consumer electronics company with headquarters in Netherlands. In the last 18 years, Temitope has worked with other big multinationals in various capacities and across different countries. Companies like Frieslandcampina, a global dairy company, Unilever and Procter & Gamble.

TT as he prefers to be addressed is a polymath, career & financial coach, creative entrepreneur and an unrepentant investor. As a coach and a mentor, he has established himself in contributing to people’s capacity in the areas of career, finance, health, and personal finances, and he has a strong passion in seeing young adults grow into becoming successful and fulfilled in their chosen endeavour.

He is a member of Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), a member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply – (CIPS) London, and a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), and a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chattered). As part of his development programs, he attended leadership developmental courses from Vlerick Business School Ghent, Belgium, and an alumnus of London Business School UK.

He is the Supply Chain Professionals group in Nigeria, a community that has become a one-stop solution for Supply chain experts. He has his first degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Operations & Supply chain management from University of Liverpool.

Temitope Bandele is an origin of Ekiti State in Nigeria, a father of 3 and an astute lover of God. He is married to an amazing lady, Oluwafunmbi and God blessed them with three wonderful children, Oluwajomiloju (Ojay), Oluwadamiloju (Djay) and Eyinlojuoluwa (Eljay).
